Boom Whacker Sound Tubes

Boom whackers operate on open-pipe resonance. The length of the plastic tube corresponds to the wavelength of a specific musical note.

• Pitch and Length: Longer tubes produce lower-pitched sounds (like Low C), while shorter tubes produce higher-pitched sounds (like High C)
• Octavator Caps: You can lower the pitch of any tube by exactly one octave by placing an "Octavator Cap" over one end, which effectively simulates a longer, closed-pipe resonator
