Set up Pasco 850 interface.  Plug sound sensor in to Analog Input A.

Open "Scope and FFT Sound Sensor.cap"

Click on Monitor and pluck guitar string.  Trigger level is set to not start taking data until a sound is loud enough.

Note: You may need to fiddle with the FFT frequency range and number of bins to get the best-looking display.
