A cylindrical transducer is built from piezoelectric staves that have electrodes each side of a staves  A sine wave is applied across each stave so that it expands in width.  The total cylinder expands in circumference, producing a sound wave.

Use a power oscillator set to maximum voltage and 2500 Hz. Connect the wires to the high-impedence terminals.
